Vegetation

Before removing or trimming any vegetation, you should contact Planning Services on 9433 3343 to ensure that what you propose is allowed, and to ask if planning approval is required.

The planning scheme provides for vegetation protection in some areas and there can also be agreements / covenants on land titles relating to vegetation protection.

DSE's Native Vegetation - Local Government provides information that will support local councils in assessing planning permit applications that propose clearing of native vegetation.
