Chocolate Lilies

The Chocolate Lilies is an a cappella choir formed in 1994, based in Hurstbridge and Warrandyte. The choir is named after a local purple and black wildflower that smells like chocolate. The choir aims to provide a supportive environment for people to develop their singing ability, a sense of belonging and to have fun. They sing an eclectic blend of world, gospel, contemporary and original material, with a beautiful soulful sound and rich divine harmonies.

Anna Cordell

Anna Cordell’s rich folk music straddles that place between light and dark where true human emotion exists, her poetic musings and penchant for the minor key coupled with her intricate nylon playing and haunting yet uplifting voice make for an incredibly enthralling performance

Elbow Room are – Gez – Guitar/Vocals – Kris – Drums and Sean – Bass/sometimes 12 string Guitar/vocals.

Gez Smith has probably written more songs than any one I have ever met or heard of. He has a great way with words/stories and hooks to get the listener in! He plays left handed even though he is right handed. He drives trains.

Kris Arrowsmith has played drums since he was a kid. It is rumoured he had a kit in his Mums womb. He is a powerhouse drummer who has a deep love of Animal from the Muppets.

Sean Flynn plays bass and sometimes 12 string guitar and has been known to write songs on one, thinking it is the other. He has a backing vocal style that ranges from broken chicken to broken horse. He currently has the best beard in the band.
