Change of mailing address

If you have changed your mailing address you must notify Nillumbik Shire Council in writing. It is the property owner’s responsibility to advise any changes to their mailing address

Change of ownership

Notification of change of ownership is the responsibility of the Purchaser and failure to give this notification carries a penalty as prescribed by the Local Government Act 1989. A Notice of Acquisition must be lodged within one month of acquiring the property.
