Nillumbik Shire Council has prepared Amendment C81 to the Nillumbik Planning Scheme to all land outside the Urban Growth Boundary
The Amendment proposes to rezone 15 Lotus Court, Diamond Creek from Public Use Zone 1 (PUZ1) to General Residential Zone 1 (GRZ1).
The amendment proposes to rezone part of the former Hurstbridge Secondary College site recently purchased by Council, to facilitate the development of intergenerational housing.
