Q. Why did you nominate for Council?

To continue to serve the community.

Q. What is your working/life background?

Child care; technician (Telstra); occupational therapy in aged care, garden landscape and maintenance. Former Nillumbik Shire Councillor (2 ½ years).

Q. What are your main interests outside Council?

Family activities, Scouts, Diamond Creek Progress Association, Nillumbik Ratepayers Association, MNE Roadsafe Council, Diamond Valley College School Council, Diamond Creek Multi-purpose sports centre Committee, and V8 Jetboat Safety Crew at Melton.

Q. What do you believe are the biggest issues facing Nillumbik in the next four years?

Financial sustainability, traffic and resolving the Shire Office issue.

Q. It’s Sunday – family or friends drop over – where would you take them? (e.g. Eltham Miniature Railway, brunch at one of our great cafes, wine tasting or meal at a small winery, cycling along the Diamond Creek)

Picnic at the Blue Lake in Plenty, brunch at the Wattle Café in Hurstbridge or Rivers in Yarrambat.

Q. What’s the best time, day or method for residents and community groups to contact you?
