Understanding wellbeing – what we mean by wellbeing and how it impacts employee performance. Learn how they can feel good and function effectively by being ‘active stewards’ of their wellbeing, even during COVID-19.

Improving Wellbeing – We’ll share the science behind the six pillars of wellbeing to boost resilience, lower stress, improve confidence & creativity, create better connections, build grit and maximise energy.

Participants will leave with practical, easy to implement tools, that Managers can use to keep staff engaged, satisfied at work and performing well.
