Be In Motion - Exercise At Home

Are you looking to improve your fitness and health from the comfort of your own home? Are you 55 and over and currently not doing 30 minutes of physical activity each day? 

Nillumbik Shire Council, in collaboration with Aligned Leisure, has developed a gentle exercise guide, which provides a specifically-designed home exercise program aimed at improving the four pillars of health for adults: balance, strength, aerobic and flexibility.

Each booklet contains a free visit pass to use at any of the Nillumbik Leisure Facilities.
