Ask a question to a Council meeting

To ask a question of Council, complete the online form and submit by 5pm on the day prior to the advertised date of the Ordinary meeting. Questions received after 5pm will be referred to the following month's Ordinary meeting. If you use Internet Explorer 9 or below you will not be able to use the online form. Your name will be read out at the meeting and recorded in the minutes. If you are not present, your question will not be read, but will be referred to the appropriate officer for a formal written response.
