Any person using a motorised toy vehicle on private land under two hectares will need to apply for a permit.

The application fee for a permit to use a motorised toy vehicle is $95.
After your permit application is received, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. This email will contain instructions on how to pay.
After your permit application is received, Council will contact, in writing, any properties affected by your application.
Property owners who may be affected have 14 days to make a submission or comment. Any submissions received may affect the conditions placed on the permit, or the outcome of it being granted.
