Rates are to be paid in four instalments each year. You can also pay a combination of instalments as long as the minimum quarterly amount is paid by the due date.

Direct Debit

Pay by Direct Debit

You can register online to pay your four rates instalments by direct debit using your credit card or bank account details.

Use the property address and rates assessment number details (as shown on the front of your rates notice).

 Please note that is an online process only, direct debit registrations cannot be accepted over the phone, by mail or in person.

Refunds will be provided where a payment has been made in error. This includes accounts that have been overpaid. All refunds will be released at our discretion. No other refunds are payable.
