Minutes and agendas

Council and Committee meeting agendas will be available to download by 3.00pm on the Friday prior to the meeting. Minutes of the meetings will be available for download as soon as they are completed following the Council or Committee meeting.   

Ordinary Council Meetings are generally held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, commencing at 7.00pm.

Future Nillumbik Committee meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, commencing at 7.00pm.

Update regarding coronavirus, COVID-19 and Council meeting arrangements

Ordinary Council Meeting 24 March 2020

The Ordinary Council meeting for 24 March 2020 will be streamed live from 7.00pm. You can access the livestream by clicking here. Please note, the link will not be live until 7.00pm on 24 March 2020. 

Health and safety are our top priority, and to help contain the spread of coronavirus, COVID-19 we ask members of the public to reconsider attending the meeting. As an alternative, we are keeping the meeting open and accessible online.

The livestream will allow you to tune in at any time and rewatch any point of the meeting wherever you have access.

The livestream is not interactive

Any comments or private messages directed to us while the stream is live will not be presented to Council or have bearing on the conduct of the meeting.

Although the meeting for 24 March will be streamed live, Council has yet to decide on streaming future Council meetings.

Questions to Council

Questions to Council on 24 March, will be read out and answered and included in the Council minutes. Despite the requirement in the Meeting Procedure Local Law 2017, you do not need to be present for your question to be read out and answered.

Should you wish to attend, we will be taking steps to ensure the public gallery is set up in line with requirements for social distancing (1.5m separation) and hand sanitiser will be available.
