LOVE BITES Display
LOVE BITES is an extremely successful school-based Domestic and Family Violence and Sexual Assault prevention program based on best practice standards for education programs, as recommended by the Federal Government funded Australian Domestic and Family Violence Clearing House and other leading academics in the area of Violence against Women.
The program is aimed at 14-16 year olds, and involves students participating in two interactive educational workshops, and then consolidating this information in creative workshops that require students to paint t-shirts that challenge Violence against Women in the community.
Over the 16 days, the t-shirts created by Year 9 students at Diamond Valley College will be displayed at the Hurstbridge Hub; so be sure to make your way to the hub and view this innovative art display!
