Join us for a crash course in the ‘circular economy’, and how we can move away from the damaging TAKE-MAKE-USE-WASTE model to become a community that promotes sharing, repairing and reusing materials and products instead.

We'll explore the three simple principles behind a circular economy and what they might mean to your household. We’ll also delve into the main problem industries/areas for unsustainable energy use and waste generation, and brainstorm exciting ways we can tackle them as individuals and as a community.

And no, this is not a lecture! Instead, the session will include plenty of group discussion, creative activities and collaborative problem-solving. Using seven simple "REthink actions", we’ll find practical ways to create a new type of economy based on human and environmental wellbeing instead of consumption and waste.

This interactive workshop is perfect for anyone interested in a more sustainable future. Leave with practical ideas to implement in your own life and a newfound understanding of the circular economy's power to revolutionise our world.
