Build a new house on my land, put up a shed, extend my house, do earthworks, install a swimming pool or tennis court

||Build more than one dwelling on a property
||This includes apartments, units, townhouses, a dual occupancy, or a second dwelling
||Remove, destroy or lop tree/s or vegetation
||An unlimited amount of vegetation can be applied to be removed under this application and an arborist report must be submitted with the request
||Fast track tree removal to remove, destroy or lop no more than 2 trees
||A maximum of 2 trees to be removed and unlimited pruning of vegetation where you wish to use Council's arborist to provide the assessment. This application cannot be used if the vegetation to be removed is protected by a Section 173 Agreement on the land.
||Change the use of the land
||Liquor licensing, from a dwelling into a medical centre, change of hours, food and drink premise
||Subdivide land into additional lots, boundary realignment and consolidation of land
||Put up a sign
||Display a sign in relation to a use carried out on the land (this does not includes A-Frame signs on Council land)
||Change of the use of the land to a commercial use, such as an aged care facility, child care facility, offices, factory and shops
||This can also include associated buildings and works
||Do building and works associated with commercial uses of the land e.g. aged care facility, child care facility, offices, factory, shop
||This is used for buildings and works associated with existing commercial uses
||Amend or end a Section 173 agreement that is registered on my title

||Check with planning whether a permit is required, as there are some businesses you can operate at home without a permit
