Register or update your details for rates direct debit

You can register online to pay your rates by direct debit in four instalments, using your credit card or bank account details.

If your direct debit details (such as your credit card number or expiry) need to be updated, the process is the same as completing a new registration.

Please note that is an online process only. Direct debit registrations and updates cannot be accepted over the phone, by mail or in person. 

How to register or update


Step 1.Allow enough time

Direct debit registrations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the instalment due date.

Step 2.Make sure your instalments are up to date

Rates instalments must be up to date when registering for direct debit. If your rates are in arrears they must be paid before you register. 

Step 3.Read our service agreement

Step 4.Have your details ready

You will need to provide:

  • your property address as shown on your rates notice
  • your rates assessment as shown on your rates notice (please do not enter the decimal point)
  • bank account or credit card details (please note we are not able to accept Diners Club or American Express)

Step 5.Complete the online form

Step 6.Confirm your registration or update

You will receive a confirmation message via email. If it does not arrive, please check your junk mail or spam folder. Click on the link in the email to confirm your direct debit registration/update.
