You can register online to pay your rates by direct debit in four instalments, using your credit card or bank account details.
If your direct debit details (such as your credit card number or expiry) need to be updated, the process is the same as completing a new registration.
Please note that is an online process only. Direct debit registrations and updates cannot be accepted over the phone, by mail or in person.
Direct debit registrations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the instalment due date.
Rates instalments must be up to date when registering for direct debit. If your rates are in arrears they must be paid before you register.
