Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year Council engages a consultancy company to undertake a Community Satisfaction Survey.

We ask the community for their thoughts about a range of topics, including:

  • Council's overall performance
  • Council's services and facilities
  • planning and housing development
  • communication methods; and more

The results of the survey provide insight into how we can provide improved and effective services and facilities to our community.
