View list of planning permit applications

Our online planning application register contains a list of most planning applications lodged since 1 January 1999. Some applications related to historical properties may not appear.

A limited subdivision (certification) register is also available. Public users can access a full subdivision register at spear.land.vic.gov.au

Council's online planning application register displays basic information including:

• application number
• application type
• date of lodgement
• a brief description
• address
• status.

For privacy reasons it does not include the applicant’s name. It also does not include plans and documents.
