The Committee’s role is to report to the Council and provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relevant to its charter.
This Committee makes recommendations to Council on contractual employment matters, performance matters and other functions or responsibilities relating to the CEO.
Councillors are appointed to represent Council as delegates to a range of external organisations.
