The Victorian Small Business Commission (VSBC) is an independent government agency that advocates on issues affecting people in small business, raise awareness of their rights and responsibilities and help them to avoid or resolve disputes.
The VSBC can mediate disputes about any commercial agreement including business-to-business, government or not-for-profit. These include those relating to the delivery of goods or services, unpaid supplier invoices and retail leasing.
