Eltham Anzac Day Dawn Service 2026

The Eltham Anzac Day Dawn Service takes place at 6am on 25 April at the Eltham Cenotaph, 903 Main Road, Eltham.

Hosted by the Montmorency–Eltham RSL, the service brings together veterans, serving personnel, local schools, and the wider community to commemorate those who served and sacrificed in conflicts and peacekeeping operations.

The ceremony includes traditional elements such as wreath laying, readings, the Ode of Remembrance, and the sounding of the Last Post and Rouse.

Held at first light, the service reflects the time of the Gallipoli landings and provides a solemn opportunity for reflection, remembrance, and community unity.
