'The Valley Voice' book launch

This event celebrates the launch of 'The Valley Voice', a book about Eltham's newspaper of the times.

The afternoon will feature speeches from some of the journalists who worked on The Valley Voice in Eltham in 1978, and a few words from Nillumbik Mayor Cr John Dumaresq.

A message from Robbie Marshall, former Shire President (1978-79), will be read out.

Food and drinks will be served plus each attendee receives a copy of the book.

Photographer Bill McAuley will present a slideshow highlighting some of The Valley Voice images from the late 1970s.
