Check the rules about burning off outside the Fire Danger Period
Regular visitors will know that the dog park has undergone recent upgrades, funded through the Victorian Government’s New & Upgraded Dog Parks Program. To finalise the project, we’ll be improving the crushed rock surface to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. To safely carry out these works, the dog park will be closed on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 March 2026.
The Diamond Creek off leash dog park is located 150 metres from Marngrook Oval.
The half a hectare of open space provides a safe and accessible space for residents to exercise their dogs.
The park has recently undergone an upgrade to improve its usability, safety and accessibility. These enhancements have revitalised the space for owners and their dogs.
The park has three different areas to accommodate all types of dogs.
This area is where quieter dogs of any size can play away from more energetic dogs off leash. The space also acts as a time-out area for owners who want to temporarily remove their dogs from the energy of the park to settle them down.
This area provides a space where dogs can run free and explore stimulating environments.
This area supports the early stages of dog obedience training and includes built-in agility training equipment.
In off-leash areas, dogs must be under effective control, which means your dog needs to stay within constant sight, and respond when you call.
Refer to the green areas of the map for areas dogs are permitted off leash.
Remember, your dog must be on a leash within five metres of shared paths.
