The Food Act 1984 requires operators of food businesses to renew their food business registration every year.
Renewal applications are sent to business owners in October/November each year, and must be paid by 31 December.
If any of the details listed on your renewal application have changed, please update the information on the form and return it to us by email or post.
You will need the payment reference number.
If you have not received your renewal notice, or have misplaced it, please contact the Environmental Health team on 03 9433 3111 or email@example.com and a member of the team will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.
Please note we do not accept Diners Club or American Express.
