Make a building or infrastructure payment

If you have submitted a building or infrastructure permit application, you may need to pay fees - for example:

  • building permit application fee
  • infrastructure works permit application fee
  • requesting infrastructure information
  • and other building or infrastructure applications

If payment is required, we will notify you by emailing the address you listed on the application. Please check your junk mail if the email is not in your inbox.

How to pay

Online

Step 1.Have your documentation ready

You will need the payment reference number from the letter or email you received. If you have misplaced the letter, please contact us.

Step 2.Have your credit card ready

Please note we are unable to accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.

In person

Step 2.Bring the letter/email with you

Step 3.Pay

Pay with cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. We are unable to accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.

Step 1.Prepare a cheque or money order

Payable to Nillumbik Shire Council and crossed 'Not Negotiable'.

Step 2.Include a covering note

Please include the Application number and the Payment Reference number from the letter/email. If you'd like a receipt, please mention that also.
