Background 

The Panton Hill Tennis Club has two tennis courts that have reached their end of useful life and are beyond repair. The project will ensure that courts are fit for use and allow the tennis club and other community user groups to once again enjoy the facility.

Works

  • Demolish the existing court surface
  • Sub-base repairs
  • Install new acrylic surface with multi-use line marking
  • Construct supporting infrastructure such as seating, drink fountains, fencing and path connections.

Project update 

August 2025: The slab pour has been completed. A curing period of four weeks is required, after which the acrylic installation will commence in September 2025.

June 2025: Construction has started on site and is expected to be completed by August 2025.
