Summer Sounds continues on Friday 13 February with Here & Now: Locals Night.

Enjoy Beatles-inspired rock from Backbeat, Ari Davis’s soulful live-looped pop, and the alt-country energy of The Smith & Western Jury. Celebrate local talent under the stars at Edendale Farm - bring a picnic and soak up the summer vibes.

Gates open at 5pm, live music from 6pm-9pm.

Beatles & 1960s Cover Band | 6pm-6.30pm

Diamond Creek-based four-piece band Backbeat have been performing songs from The Beatles and the 1960s for many years. The band plays high-energy rock 'n' roll and have fun both on stage and with the audience. Australia's only early Beatles tribute show.

Ari Davis

Ari uses his voice, guitar and live-looping to entertain and bring his audiences on a beautiful musical journey. He plays a mix of originals and popular cover songs performed in the unique Ari-style.

The Smith & Western Jury

With strong festival and touring experience under their belt, The Smith & Western Jury put on a live show not to be missed. This alt-country band are making their mark with a distinctive take on country music genre.

MC Annie Fletcher 

Annie Fletcher has been immersed in music, dance and community for decades. You might know her from Rhythm Antics, Hurstbridge Belly Dance, the Footscray Gypsy Orchestra, or as MC at Boite World Harmonies concerts. She’s led drumming workshops at festivals and leads the Drum Connection drumming group.

A proud Nillumbik local of more than 20 years, Annie brings her signature energy to this concert series - and when the rhythm hits, she’ll be the first to invite you to dance.

  • Order a sizzling snack from the BBQ tent.

There is some parking available at the front of Edendale and overflow parking may be available at Eltham North Adventure Playground where you can access Edendale via the back gate.
