If you have submitted a planning permit application, you may need to pay fees, such as advertising fees or fees for submitting conditional plans.
If payment is required, we will notify you by emailing the address you listed on the application. Please check your junk mail if the email is not in your inbox.
If you have not received an expected email, please contact our Planning Services team at email@example.com or 03 9433 3343. Please quote your application reference number if you know it.
You will need the payment reference number from the letter or email you received. If you have misplaced the letter, please contact us.
Please note we are unable to accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.
