Make a planning application payment

If you have submitted a planning permit application, you may need to pay fees, such as advertising fees or fees for submitting conditional plans.

If payment is required, we will notify you by emailing the address you listed on the application. Please check your junk mail if the email is not in your inbox.

If you have not received an expected email, please contact our Planning Services team at nillumbik@nillumbik.vic.gov.au or 03 9433 3343. Please quote your application reference number if you know it.

How to pay

Online

Step 1.Have your documentation ready

You will need the payment reference number from the letter or email you received. If you have misplaced the letter, please contact us.

Step 2.Have your credit card ready

Please note we are unable to accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.

Step 3.Pay

Pay with cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. We are unable to accept Diners Club, American Express or Westpac Corporate cards.

Step 1.Prepare a cheque or money order

Payable to Nillumbik Shire Council and crossed 'Not Negotiable'.

Step 2.Include a covering note

Please include the Application number and the Payment Reference number from the letter/email. If you'd like a receipt, please mention that also.
