ECB.jpg

Learn about the fascinating ecology of the endangered Eltham Copper Butterfly.

Join presenter John Harris, principal ecologist, Wildlife Experiences for an informative walk and talk about the Eltham Copper Butterfly. Depending on conditions it is likely that we will see the Eltham Copper flying and be able to observe aspects of the behaviour of the butterfly.

The walk will be over some uneven surfaces and downhill and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please contact our Environmental Works Officer on 0428 833 067 to discuss accessibility.

Council officers will meet participants at the Pitt Street entrance to the Pauline Toner Reserve.

Please wear appropriate clothing.

The event will be subject to weather and may need to be rescheduled.
