The Reach & Belong Learn to Cook program offers a fun, hands‑on environment where participants can grow their confidence in the kitchen and develop everyday cooking skills.
Held every Wednesday, in two sessions between 9am and 4pm, in the fully equipped Kitchen at the Hurstbridge Community Hub, this NDIS‑supported class encourages participants to learn at their own pace while exploring simple, delicious recipes and practical food preparation techniques.
With guidance from experienced facilitators, each session focuses on building independence, healthy habits, and a love for cooking—whether participants are beginners or building on existing skills. It’s a warm, social space where learning, tasting, and sharing go hand in hand.
