Fauna Monitoring Volunteering Training

This training is for people interested in becoming fauna monitoring volunteers. 

You will learn how to set up remote sensing cameras and sound recorders in bushland reserves to help collect data to monitor forest health across the Shire. Other skills will include set up of bait stations, use of GPS technology, working safety in remote bushland areas and introduction to image processing and animal identification.

Next steps will be explained for induction as a volunteer.
