Street Team Assessments

Every second month, the fitness team from Nillumbik Leisure Facilities visits Hurstbridge Hub to complete FREE health assessments for Nillumbik residents.

They assess blood pressure, body fat, muscle mass and other key health markers and provide advice on ways to improve these as well as ideal ranges to aim for.
