To make, change or cancel a booking for an appointment before 30 June 2026, please create an account or log in to the Central Immunisation Records Victoria booking platform.

After 1 July 2026

To make, change or cancel a booking for an appointment on or after 1 July 2026, please create an account or login to the Vitavo booking platform.

  • For questions or assistance with these bookings, please call 9433 3316.
