Nillumbik Shire Council, in partnership with OzBiz Network, is offering one-on-one free business mentoring sessions for local businesses. These sessions provide expert guidance to help business owners build skills, improve performance, solve challenges, and achieve their goals.

Business stages

Our mentoring sessions can support you at every stage of your business journey. In the foundation stage, mentors can help you set up and start your business with the right structures and planning in place. As you move into the scaling stage, they provide guidance on running and managing your business as it grows. At the innovation stage, mentors work with you to explore new ideas, products, or processes to enhance your business. Finally, in the resilience stage, they focus on building the skills and strategies needed to create a strong and sustainable business for the long term.
