No bins will be collected Christmas Day. Thursday’s bins will be picked up Friday, and Friday’s bins will be picked up on Saturday. Our Customer Service Desk at Civic Drive is closed from 25 December to 2 January.

The purpose of Friends of Eltham Lower Park Incorporated (FELP) is to advocate for and work with others to protect and enhance the cultural, environmental and recreational values of the Park and its environs.
FELP supports balanced use of the Park for formal and informal, recreational and sporting activities.
FELP seeks to preserve the Park, especially the Lenister Farm area, as a place that, in addition to its more active uses, allows for quiet and peaceful enjoyment of its natural setting.
FELP is committed to ensuring that this unique local area continues to make its significant contribution to the wellbeing of the Nillumbik community.
