No Lights No Lycra Hurstbridge

No Lights No Lycra is a 'dancing in the dark' casual dance session. For one hour, once a week, we turn off the lights and crank up the tunes.

Participants enjoy an hour dancing however they like, to a carefully selected playlist which includes a wide mix of popular music spanning all styles and decades and includes participants requests. It is an hour to enjoy ourselves, release our inhibitions, change our moods and work up a wild sweat.

We are a friendly and welcoming group made up of mums, dads, grandparents, students, workers and retirees. We all have one thing in common - in the dark we come alive, shake the blues away and get lost in the music.
