OM:NI (Older Men: New Ideas) is a community-based discussion group for men aged 55 and over. Groups provide a welcoming, respectful and confidential space where men can connect, share experiences, discuss topics of interest, and build friendships. OM:NI aims to reduce social isolation and support the wellbeing of older men. OM:NI has no political or religious affiliations.
Groups meet twice a month in a relaxed, come-when-you-can format. There are no joining fees, with a small voluntary contribution of around $3 per meeting to cover refreshments.
