International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) is held each year across the world on 3 December.

IDPwD is a United Nations observed day aimed at raising awareness and celebrating the achievements and contributions of people with disabilities, both visible and invisible. People are encouraged to challenge the way they think about disability and help grow more inclusive communities for the estimated 4.4 million Australians with disability.
