Community Partnership with DV Safe Phone
Nillumbik Council is proud to be a community partner of DV Safe Phone.
DV Safe Phone is a national charity that provides free, secure mobile phones to victim‑survivors of family and domestic violence who do not have safe access to a device, enabling them to contact emergency services, support organisations and trusted networks.
This connection strengthens local responses to family violence by ensuring community members can access help safely and discreetly when they need it most.
Community members can donate their old or unused mobile phones at designated collection points. Donated devices will be refurbished and distributed to victim survivors through services including police stations, hospitals and family violence specialist services.
Donate your mobile phone at:
- Hurstbridge Community Hub, Hurstbridge
- Eltham Leisure Centre, Eltham
- Diamond Valley Sports & Fitness Centre, Greensborough
- Diamond Creek Community Centre, Diamond Creek
