Meeting schedule

Council meeting dates and times are determined by the Councillors for each year at an Extraordinary Council meeting (usually held in November).

Meetings are generally held in person in Council Chamber at 32 Civic Drive Greensborough. Meetings may also be hybrid (in person and online) or virtual. 

Any changes to the date, time or location of meetings will be advertised.

Extraordinary meetings may be called as required and will be advertised on Council's website. 

Members of the public can attend in person meetings or watch online.
