Exciting improvements are on the way for the Diamond Creek Dog Park, promising a better experience for dogs and their owners.
The community is invited to share feedback on the concept plan for this upgrade.
The design includes two new shelters, additional seating, relocation of the designated area for passive dogs, additional bins, proposed solar lighting at entries and shelters, improved pathways and landscaping.
Mayor Cr John Dumaresq said, "your feedback will help us to identify the community’s priorities, ensuring the park will meet the needs of all users, including dog owners, families and visitors".
The Diamond Creek Dog Park upgrade is supported by the Victorian Government through the New and Upgraded Dog Parks Program.
Councillor Peter Perkins said "pets are a big part of our lives, and we’re excited to create great spaces for our community and their dogs to enjoy".
