Energy and sustainable living advice

Council offers a personalised advisory service for Nillumbik residents, on how to navigate the confusing world of energy and sustainable living.

Energy topics include:

  • going all electric
  • solar
  • electric vehicles
  • bulk-buys
  • saving energy, finding better energy deals and accessing the power saving bonus.

You can also get advice on sustainable living topics such as food production, waste reduction, building and renovating, and water efficiency around the home and landscape.

A Sustainable Home Audit Kit will also be available for demonstration, and advice can be provided regarding its use and the interpretation of results.
