If you would like to bring Council's attention to a tree issue that is not urgent, you can let us know via an online request form.

Report an urgent issue

An urgent tree is classified as a tree or branch which has become dangerous because it has fallen, up rooted, or is hanging/leaning over a road, footpath or structure such as a bus shelter, building, carpark or playground and requires immediate attention.

If you need to report an urgent issue with a tree on Council managed land such as a nature strip, park or road reserve, please contact us on 03 9433 3111 - 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

For urgent requests outside of business hours, please call our after hours pager service on 9433 3334. 

Report a non-urgent issue

Follow the process below to report non-urgent requests.

Step 1.Make a note of the address

To submit the online report, you will need to provide the address (street number, street name and suburb) where the tree is located.
