The Carols is an outdoor event held at the Diamond Creek Regional Playspace - Tram Cafe.
Singers, backed by local musicians and a conductor, will lead the gathering through the singing of traditional carols. There are more than 40 members of the orchestra and singers, all volunteers. There is a bracket where youngsters are encouraged to come up front, grab a musical instrument and play along with the orchestra.
New players and singers are welcome to join the production. There will be one rehearsal session at the venue on the afternoon of the Carols.
Residents and visitors who come to this event bring their own picnic baskets, rugs/chairs, torches, etc.
