Join Local Remix artist Nicholas Currie in this free workshop for kids and learn to draw through movement. Nicholas Currie is an artist and curator working with painting, sculpture and performance. Nicholas Currie is from the Mununjali clan of the Yugambeh language group, with connection to Kuku Yalanji. Humour and kindness are undercurrents in his works.
This workshop is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Local Remix: Assembly. It features Nicholas Currie's artworks from a Visual Art Residency at Edendale Community Environment Farm. This free exhibition features artworks by 60 artists connected to Nillumbik's artist colonies and residency programs from the Nillumbik Art Collection.
