As part of Neighbourhood House Week, resident harpist composer from the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, Michael Johnson OAM, will be performing original pieces of music inspired by some of the winged creatures that live and fly through the gardens. These compositions draw influence from Ireland, Scotland, Spain, South-East Asia, and from folk to contemporary classical music.
A truly uplifting musical experience.
Participants will enjoy an intimate performance with an amazing musician, followed by morning tea.
This course is open to people aged 18 years and over.
This activity will be held at Diamond Creek Living & Learning Hub, 119 Cowin Street Diamond Creek.
