In this session you'll hear about the differences between gas and ducted systems and how to choose the best option for your home. We'll cover how reverse-cycle air conditioning works, and how to assess which system type and capacity suits your household and budget. If you have an existing ducted gas system, we'll cover which components (if any) can be retained and integrated into a new electric setup and what to realistically budget for replacement.

We'll also address what to expect from electric heating day-to-day; that is, how it differs from gas in feel and response time, and how to get the best performance from your system.

Finally, you'll get clear guidance on finding a quality installer, selecting a reliable product, and ensuring you capture all available rebates and incentives before committing.
