The Nillumbik Business Ignite Series (NBIS) is a two week program of high impact workshops, keynote speakers and networking events designed to support and grow Nillumbik’s business community.

This intermediate business workshop is designed for small and home based businesses already experimenting with AI who want to move beyond basic prompts and build integrated digital workflows. 

AI is no longer a future concept. It is a practical tool that can reduce workload, improve efficiency and strengthen digital capability. AI tools are only powerful when they are connected to real business systems.

Facilitated by Dave Saunders, technology strategist and founder of Paxitel, the session focuses on operational implementation. Using a guided approach, participants will explore how AI can be embedded into everyday processes to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.

The workshop includes:

• Conducting a time audit to identify high value automation opportunities
• Building a smart inbox assistant using custom instructions tailored to your business rules
• Connecting website forms to automated workflows using no code integration tools
• Turning a single idea into multi-channel content using automation systems
• Using NotebookLM as a strategic research and synthesis partner

Participants can follow along live or observe demonstrations and implement afterwards. All tools and prompts will be shared for ongoing use.
