The Nillumbik Business Ignite Series (NBIS) is a two week program of high impact workshops, keynote speakers and networking events designed to support and grow Nillumbik’s business community.

This interactive growth workshop is designed for home based and small businesses seeking practical ways to attract customers, increase sales and strengthen retention. You told us that gaining new customers, retaining existing ones and diversifying income streams are ongoing challenges. This session responds directly to that feedback.

Facilitated by Volkan Ozturk, Small Business Mentor at BFV Squared Consultancy, the workshop blends strategic insight with hands on activities.
