Nillumbik Shire Council invites you to learn more about your and your loved ones' legal rights at this free community information session presented by West Heidelberg Community Legal, a service of Holstep Health.

During the session, you will learn about:

• What is an Enduring Power of Attorney?
• What is a Medical Treatment Decision Maker?
• How is an Advance Care Directive different to a Will?
• What happens if you die without a Will?
