Cooks Weerona Reserve

Cooks Weerona Reserve is a neighbourhood park nestled within a leafy residential setting in North Warrandyte. The reserve provides a welcoming open space for local families and visitors, featuring a children's playground, picnic facilities and shaded areas for informal recreation. The surrounding landscape reflects the natural character of the Warrandyte area and contributes to the reserve's peaceful atmosphere.
 

Updated in 2026, the playground supports active play, social interaction and opportunities for children to develop balance, climbing and imaginative play skills in a community setting. Features include a low structure with tunnels, slides, ladders, a fireman's pole, and monkey bars, various swings and a rocker. 

The reserve's open grassy areas and sheltered picnic tables also provide space for informal gatherings and outdoor enjoyment.

Dogs

Dogs are generally allowed on the grassed areas while on leash but are not permitted within five metres of the playground or a shared path.
